how do u change password? (plz help!)

i no u go to website and click under "forgot your ID or PW" i do that but when i put the ID and Email it goes to this blank page the account is mine but it just sends me to this blank page

how can u contact silkroad to report this? cause i dont y it wount let me change password.

i no my secret question but it just wont let me there

you are probably using firefox, for some reason firefox does not work well for me and i get a blank page a lot of times...

use Internet Explore just for that site

Hm so you got owned and h3x0rd? No luck cause JM doesnt care about their players, they care about the shiny round things in their pockets

Make a new acc or quit, or keep trying
