What does the (+XX%) mean at the end of each attribute of items, for example: Phys. Damage 400-500 (+40%), what would the +40% mean? and does anyone have a formula to calculate damage? thanks.

There is a minimum value and a maximum value for each stat on a piece of gear\weapon. Minimum being (+0%) and maximum being (+100%). When you buy a weapon or piece of gear from the NPC, every stat will be (+0%) so essentially, the higher the % in brackets, the better the item is compared to an NPC one.

EG:

You buy a shield from the NPC

Block Ratio - 10 (+0%)

You find a shield as a drop

Block Ratio - 15 (+50%)

The better the %, the better the item compared to NPC
