weird garment problem, maybe it's my gfx?

How come I never see any of the garment headpeices(hats?) on my charcter? My character's head is always naked, when I have put on a hat on the head section.

there are 2 sort of garment hats, the one you cant see (can be bought at npc) and the visable one (can only be found or bought at stall)

the ppl standing around in behind wooden things that say "buy/sell" in chinese

Hoods are invisible, Hats are visible.

Hoods can be bought from NPC's, Hats can only be bought from other players or found as a drop.
