Getting my server flag under my avatar

Hi everyone
Im wandering if some one cann tell me how i get the Pacific flag thing under my avatar? BTW i wasnt sure if this goes in Q&A or Technical help but i thought it suits this one better

Go to profile and where it says location, type in your server.
