i just learned the skill with my lvl 20 rogue...
when i used the skill on a dead poliphemus...the skill was definitly used...yet i dont have any item in my inventory...

how do I properly use the skill?

You have to use it before the mob actually dies and disappears AFAIK.

Plus, I believe that the mob can't be a higher level than you.

you haev to use it before the mob disapears.

and it dosent appear in your inv.

it appears in a drop that looks like an arrow drop near your feet. then you just pick it up
