hello ive looked in this topic ( questions and answers ) but i cant seem to find what im looking for so im sorry if you get this question alot .

Well basicly i just started playing again and i can see many difrences to the interface of the game and a thing that cought my eye is an enemy with ( party ) around its name.. and i dont seem to see any giants anymore.

So my question is basicly

have giants disopeared and replaced by ( party ) enemys ?

I dunno weather this is a glicth or what but ill put an example down just in case

Solo giants still exist. If you're wondering party mobs are mobs that spawn when there's someone nearby who is in a exp autoshare party with 2 or more people near them. They do more damage than normal mobs and have ~8x more health than a solo mob.

giants are still around, and u can even get party giants.

party mobs are the same as general mobs, but much more hp and more damage, so, lot harder to kill...

its all about the party focus the game was intended to have after the euro update... so if you're in a party, be prepared to encounter these babies

ahhh. 2 more question.

If in a party does the amount of people in the party affect the amount of party mobs spawned.

Also in a party of two does a certain amount of party mobs spawn or do they spawn randomly

the number fluxiates, and goes in a almost predictible patter like so

LOW AMMOUNT
MEDIUM
MAX [alot here, at lvl 30+ there are party giants so ^^ and you might die its crazy ^^]
then low again [sometimes none]

at the second low, the spawn rate is real low so move to another spawn area :wink:

AFAIK yes number of pt members nearby increases spawn rate, therefore increasing chances of reaching grinding "climax" several times
