Warlock debuffs stack?

Can debuffs from the warlock tree stack?

Lets say you have 2 warlocks in a grinding party does a skill like physical raze( i think thats what it is called) Stack or does the more powerful one cancel out the lower one?

What about bleed?

They stay yeah... so you can have 2 bleeds, 2 burns, 2 poisons etc. stacked at the mob.
