Can you ress someone who is not in your party?

Sure, if your level is equal or higher and when you have the ress skills, you can ress someone. no matter if he/she is in your party or not..

Certainly, though mass res only works on party members. Just shift-click on the person you want to res.

Thanks a lot, I didn't know that I also had to hold my shift button.

Now I can ress people that aren't in my party.

I have tried it and it worked, I ressurected a lot of people.

btw, to teach them a lesson never res people who spam it, its just so annoying, i wish people woudl quit

i know, whats even annoying is those under lvl 20s who say that, they can easily get back by talking to the guide and selecting 'teleport to the place died' or something like that.
