Hi, i'm a lvl 25 wizard on persia and whenever i try to teleport to samarkand or use a return scroll i get the message "cannont be carried out at this time". Am I doing something wrong? I've used return scrolls in the past but the just dont work for me anymore. Any help is much apprieciated. thanks.

it might be so that you are doing a delivery quest, like the chinese quests
where you need to walk all the way to the ferries and back. you cant use
scrolls if you are supposed to walk somewhere for a quest.

Thanks a ton man, i havent tested it yet but i believe it stopped working around the time i accepted the deliver treno's letter quest. i have since abandoned those quests and if you dont hear from me again it mean everything is working fine. thanks again.
