5secs delay at level 60 for EU

i heard the when EU reaches level 60, the delay will change to 5 sec, is that true, cuz if it is, im really wasting time on my china toon.

well, pot delay remains the same but it hardly matters if you have cleric subclass, recovery division heals everything done to you so you dun even need HP pots
