How is it calculated? And how do I know how my probability of getting one? If I have a weapon with critical 10 does that mean 10% of my hits are crits?

Critical is calculated based on your STR; the more STR you have, the more you'll Crit. In a more practical sense, STR-based characters will always crit higher than INT-based characters.
For Chinese, crits only work for weapon-based skills: Heuksal, Pacheon, and Bicheon. Skills such as Lion Shout and the Nukes do not Crit.
The critical value on your weapon reflects the percent chance for your hit to crit. So, like you said, if you perform 100 KDs, and the Critical on your sword is 10, in a perfect world, 10 of your hits will crit.

No, im pretty sure that the amount of str you have doesnt affect how many times you crit, but the damage you'll do on the crit. You got half of it right.

That's what I meant. When I said, "the more you'll Crit," I meant the more damage you'll hit with a Crit, not that the chances of your hit to be a critical is increased. Guess I should have been a bit more clear.

How is the damage calculated? Is it a multiplier of your physical attack?

What I'm trying to do is compare a hybrid's criticals to a pure str's critical's. I know the pure str will have higher criticals I'm just trying to determine how much based on what the calculation is to determine crit damage.

I don't know the exact forumula (though I have seen it somewhere around here). However, a critical is a doubling of the physical damage of the attack. So, double the physical part of your damage, add your imbue damage after (if you are chinese), and then you'll have your crit damage. Again, I don't know the formula, but I'm pretty sure this is the general idea of a crit.
