I know that for chinese guys ... theres alot of ingredient for wind2 that can be found at scorpions and red eyed monsters..
any idea, for lvl2x - 4x, which euro mobs gives the most wind2 ?

Punishers and Closiers. I forgot if they drop a lot of wind2 or wind4, but I think it was wind2.

i'm pretty sure its wind 4 and like 8/9 per drop ( i think)

crabs, 1 per hard crab shell, scorpions drop 7 per stinger(i think its stinger) closiers drop something with wind 4. 2nd degree npc weapons is your best bet.
