i remember there are few un-prefered effects of when +ing the item, can someone tell me at what stage does each of them start.

1. Destroyed
2. Reduce Durability
3. Not Repairable
4. Go back to lower + => this should be anytime after +1, rite?

and does Steady stop "Not Repairable" from happening?

and does Immortal ALWAYS stop "Destroyed" from happening? or only sometimes

1. I believe when u try to go past +5 it is possible to break your item (could be +4+ not exactly sure)

2. I believe its the same as above (could be +4+)

3. Ive never heard of an item not being unrepairable after alchemy, i thought they were just drops and can't actually be made, but could be wrong.

4. Yes, if you fail beyond +1 (ive also heard of ppl failing to go form +0>+1) it resets to 0, unless u +4 the item and put astral on it, in which if you try to + beyond +4 it will reset back to +4 and not 0.

5. Steady keeps the durability from being reduced after +5 (could be +4)

6. Well i would say it keeps it from being destroyed at all times, since thats what tis suppose to do.

and sorry for being unclear in all the answers <.<

i kno for sure that nothing will hpn to ur item until +4, so going from +3>+4 is safe, but going from +4>+5 or +5>+6...those effects can arise from alchemy

I had +4 my SOS Staff (it went from +2 to +4 with no failure) at the very early stage b4 i heard about these unwanted effects.

Now i m sweating, i was very poor at that time and cant afford to lost that Staff. Luckily i stop at +4 due to no cash and elixir.

Then +4 is should be for my SOSes. xD.

till i m able to find SOS with Immortal. lols

thx a lot another time to all of you.
