So I now have GT and ST and i want to buy Premium but if I wil lactivate premium then half month is over, so I will got only that days until month will finish?

About your question, I don't fully understand what you're asking.
You can have a Skill Ticket and a Premium ticket active at the same time, but you can't have a Gold/Silver Ticket and a Premium active at the same time.

no it dont matter when you activate, it works a month after activation (if you start on 28 july, your premium will end on 28 of august). hope that answers your question. about using multiple tickets at the same time: check the previous reply

You will have to wait till your GT is over anyways before you can start your premium
