What does harmony therapy do?

I've read the description but not sure what it does. What does it do?

I think it's the one that increases your HP and MP recovery as long as you are in the circle, as well as preventing the attack of aggressive monsters

prevents the attacks as long as they're generals; champs/giants will still attack you

champs don't go through the 3rd book and beyond but giants do.

Correct, even though the description still claims champions will attack you, they won't.
