I am trying to complete the quest Delivering Treno's Mail. However I have no idea how to get to Samarkand from Constantinople. Any help would certainly be appreciated. Thanks.

Go outside the west gate then take a left, go straight down (to the south on the (mini) map) and look for a ferry. Take the ferry to either the north or south dock and continue from there further on to sm.

Not tping in quests like this only means that you can't use the town teleporters.
