Freeze Error IDK whats wrong XD

OK so ive been playing all right for over a month right now.
2 days ago the game started freezing randomly while im grinding, and then after 30 seconds, it recovers and i usually am dead xD which sucks so much.
Any ideas on what is wrong, i dont even know where to classify this error, is it lag, system got ....., something else?
ive got a pentium 4 2ghz, 750 ram, 256 ati video card, windows XP

defrag your computer or if you have an external hard drive you could switch windows virtual memory to that.
