Anyone getting this? It's annoying as heck! Randomly, the game changes my resolution to a non-supported mode and hangs. The first time it did this it completely trashed my ATI CCC. I can no longer uninstall or reinstall it due to an error that reads:

"Internal Error 2753. atishlx.exe"

That pops up when I try to get rid of ATI CCC from the windows uninstall utility.

So now, when this happens. I have to turn off my computer manually, restart it in Safe Mode, uninstall my video card drivers, reboot, and reinstall my drivers. This has happened with 4 different sets of drivers I've tried, which are the 5.7, 5.9, 6.1, and the newest 6.2 catalyst drivers from ATI.

As for the rest of my system and specs to help out with here is what I have:

AMD Opterson 146 running at 2.9Ghz.
ATI x850xtpe.
2GBs of GSkil ram running at 260 FSB.
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS with latest drivers.
DFI Lanparty Ultra-D with 6.67 drivers, the latest WHQL ones.
4x74GB Western Digital Raptor drives in RAID 0.
Windows XP Pro with all the latest updates.
Directx 9.0c.

The system is clean. I use AVG and run random scans on panda soft, trend micro, and norton for further checks. My hijackthis log is clean. My Rootkitrevealer log is clean. I have zero problems with my system running anything else so this is leading me to a quirky bug with the game when running on my system. If anyone wants me to post any logs from hijackthis or directxdiag I'll be more then happy to.

Also, this bug seems to be totally random. I can play for 5 minutes and BAMM! game hangs, sound starts looping and screeching, then the screen goes black and my resolution for my system is changed so that even if I restart and log into windows, the resolution is still out of range of my monitor and I have to go into safe mode to fix it. Other times I can play for hours and nothing happens.

Has anyone had to this problem or can point me to a solution?
