Im getting DC sometims, in every 5 - 30 minutes... Theory: My internet service could be guilty, coz my brother has another type of connection and he leaves his char overnight, not being dc.... Could it be that my theory is correct?

Uhm...If you two live in the same house I don't think it's possible to have different connections, unless you got two cables coming into the house for it.
If it's wireless it could happen that you disconnect from it for just a few secs, that's sometimes enough for it to dc. Or it might be bad luck. I dc alot more too which is very annoying, can't even stall while I'm afk eating dinner >.>

If you have seperate connections then chances are that it is a probelm with YOUR internet service... could also be the crappy JM servers =/

there is likely noise on your phone line. have your dsl and/or phone company check it out. And make sure your firewall is configured propperly. And make sure you arent running any 3d party programs with sro.

sometimes in the prime hours of the day i suffer direct dc. i play, no lag, no problems and just the "dc from the server" pops up. it happens only when i run out of premium. Is that the way premium users login when servers are full?
