can't download the update

using now 1.192 and after the last inspection i can't download the new update i open the game and start button doesn't appear neither the update start

about 6 hours till now every 10 minute i close it and open it again but the update doesn't start i even made restart to my pc and switch and router

anyone can help? :banghead:
