I believe your best shot is to find someone who can read that (try some sort of international forum) so that you know what it says.
EDIT: I just realized it looks encrypted/faulty. Maybe it's not even a language, not sure
I really think that's your best shot... other thing you could do is send in a report to joymax and pray to all 7 gods, your fater/mother/brother/sister, your dog/cat, your mouse/fish, and the ants in your backyard that they will reply
