What are your computer specs?
Several things will slow it down, such as - a fragmented or slow hard drive - inadequate ram, video card, or processor - other programs running and being resource hogs (example silkroad online)
well i have amd phenom quadcore @ 2,6ghz i think, with 2gb ram, 512mb ati radeon hd4850, 300gb HDD i exited almost all running programs which i could, nothing changed btw i reinstalled it, worked for some time and then again but yea, seems it's my pc, coz it's 2 years old already
How much space do you have left on your HDD? If you don't have enough space, Fraps lowers the framerate to compensate for this. Save some space by uninstalling SRO.
For "Full size" recording the maximum resolution size is 1152x864 1280x800 (widescreen) For "WIDESCREEN" computers.
but it always worked before

i doubt its your computer setup because i have an athlon that runs 2.6ghz at stock and a 9800gtx+ 4gb of ram though. it must be software related the only hardware it could possibly be is you need more ram or your hard drive is starting to go bad or just no more space left.
