 If you have this provider call them or send a mail.

 They tried to connect to the silkroad website and had no problems with it!
 So, @home can connect but the @home users don't.
 strange isn't it? They let him try some things like delete temp files etc.
 but nothing help.
 The operator said that more people had called with the problem.
 but the problem is still there and i can't get connected     for those who want to call:

 There was another option to flush your dns ( doesn't work either).
 Earlier this morning i wrote a mail to Joymax too, but still no response.    It seems it's the long legged bird and bucket with sand policy......

 Zij zijn de partij die wijzigingen door dienen te geven. Overigens wordt
 alle informatie van de DNS ook automatisch aangepast nadat de TTL (time 
 to live) is verstreken.
 De periode die over een automatische update heen gaat is meestal 5 tot 7
 dagen. Mocht u dit proces willen versnellen dan dient u contact op te 
 nemen met de provider van de gameservers.
