An error has occured.
The following error has occured:
Invalid file type. Submission only allows JPG for images. Please try again.
the image file i want in is a JPEG Image
What do i do?

Just rename it to .jpg if you can't see the file extensions, do this:
Tools, Folder options, View and then untick the box that says "Hide extensions for known file types" and then click apply.
Then you'll be able to edit the extension.
See if that works, otherwise I'm not sure.

Yes try what mamba said.
.jpg in lowercase might be best.
It could also be your browser if it is not working in "multipart/form-data" encryption type.
