Help registering for Korean Silkroad Online..

Yeah well... I'm trying to register, but because i dont know korean, i need to use a translator. And that translator translates the sentences pretty straight forward, so it's mainly just Jibberish.

So yeah, could anyone inform me about what i need to type in the different fields?
