hi guys i got hacked and the hacker did changed every little thing he took every thing from guild storage but i wish to ask ...how can he change the secret answer i write it down and i tried to change the password but joymax keeps telling me the info u entered doesn't match ????any idea ........i'm completely mad as it took me 1.5year to make the char i had !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but if im correct dont you need the email and secret answer to get into account?

You cannot change the secret answer and or question.

It's because he changed the email, and you cannot change the password without the correct email inputted for the account.

but i didn't use email verifications!!!!!or he used it already that's why???

Or maybe he changed your email. And if im not wrong, if you fill in the wrong email adress but good sec. answer, you'll get the same message as when you fill the wrong sec. answer in.

He cannot do the email verification on your account without the secert answer but he could have changed the email, so login to your account and check the email address then try to change the password again.

If it still says its wrong then you must have forgoten your secert answer or mistyped it when you created the account.

They shouldn't allow the email to be changed.

This is done when you use email verification, then you cant change the email anymore.

oh, haven't tried to change it anymore after that
