Is there anyone else who can't change their password, either because their username or the answer to their security question has a non-small english letter or number, or their email address is longer than 25 characters?

At the moment, the website thinks my password (which lets me into the game) is wrong, and these restrictions are keeping me from changing it.

EDiT: so, they've fixed the long email address issue, but still, no one else has the other problems?
