Healers .. .. Why are they needed?

I was thinking about making a healer type.. but Im woundering why one would need to use force when on my blader I carry a ton of HP pots and keep them auto poted at about 45%, I have not died yet in pve. dose pvp work the same way, or are HP pots limited in some way, or have limitations other then pve?

Guess I was thinking a good force focused str build with sword and board would make a good hunter...

Healing series of the force skill tree are neither good in PvE nor in 1vs1 PvP. Maybe they are good at mass PvP but dunno. I use force only for the therapy and the resurrection.

soon new guild quest comes out, with Roc =) alot of healers will be needed imo
