Im a lv 18 Pure Str Bow Ice and Lightning right now, and according to me reading sources, concentration series (parry ration increase) does not help pure str builds much so they said its not worth getting. is this true? and by the way, I AM NOT GOING TO SWITCH TO FIRE AND DELEVEL BOW

I don't think that's true. Str builds take less physical damage, but parry ratio automatically helps you take closer to minimum damage than normal. This includes magic attacks thrown at you, so every bit of parry helps.
If you have the SP, it would definitely be worth it in my opinion.

who sad that??
dont tell me you read that ONE post where some one sad its not effective enuf for str ?
str= high natural phy defence + high parry = better survivability i dont see why it would not work
say your fighting a glaiver , thay have a huge damage diferance between min and max damage , So wat would you rather get 6 out of 10 hits at lower damage rolles , of 6 out of 10 hits closer to max damage roll ??
