Well you can start by checking your gap. You're getting as much exp per kill as me and im lvl 37 with a 7gap. Im guessing you have a large gap, and you get tons of SP right?
a "gap" is determined by the highest lvl mastery you have, say for instance, your lightning is at lvl 7, your heuksal is at lvl 12, and your fire is at lvl 18. whiles you are 19. then you have a 1gap because of your fire being at 18.
Im guessing your mastery lvls are down to near 10 or so.
So if you are lvl 19, and your highest mastery lvl is only at 10, then you have a 9gap. Which means you would lvl about 9 times slower than someone with a 0gap. However you would get about 9 times more sp from lvl 19-20 then someone with a 0gap would.
And to be honest with you, youre only lvl 19. Most people can hit 19 in about a day or so without sp farming. Really... and im never any good with all these percentages and whatnot, So i would reccomend going pure str or pure int if you did restart. Pure Str, meaning you wouldnt die so much, Pure Int meaning you would do tons of dmg. Seriously though, lvl 19 does not take long at all to hit, i promise you.
These are just my thoughts though. And to get your bow stronger? Go use weapon elixirs and lucky powders until it is +3 lol....
