I have a lvl 27 str 102 and int 78 fire sword user.
How should I build it up onward to get it str based hybrid?
(Sry for my weird English and also that I don't know anything about building a good char)

Find a good stat distribution ratio to your liking. And switch to blade damn fast! Sword is a int-based weapon, not str.
Anyway, you have to work onwards to some str/int balance pictured in your head. And then distribute your stat points accordingly.
