Vital spot muscle is supposed to reduce the targets parry so you can do more damage to it.

However, I noticed that when I use it on red eyes, my damage drops from 3k to 2.5k. :(

Did this spell actually increase the target's parry? :?

Is this a constant thing?
How many hits are you getting this average from?

I can usually 1-hit them (2.8k - 3k) without it. I do 2.4-2.7k range with the skill activated. I played like about 10 min with it and then quit using it because I couldn't one hit KO.

Hmm... if it reduces his parry, won't that make the damage he takes increase?

when u increase your own parry ratio that mean there is a HIGHER chance of YOUR dmg to be at the upper range and the dmg you RECEIVE to be at a lower range (eg. u deal 100-110, mob dmg 50-70...u reduce mob parry raito, mob is MORE likely to hit u wif 50 dmg and he receives 110 dmg)
i think so...its abt chance though

Increasing your parry ratio won't affect the damage you deal. That's the hit ratio. You probably meant this but always good to make a little correctin for the people who don't know. :)

Have to say it is weird you hit the mobs with lower damage after using the vital skill. The best would be to make a bug report to joymax with some detailed information.
