Has it ever been decided whether these have been implemented yet? If not, would someone with high level PR and AR buffs do some experimentation to finally settle the question? I don't want to spend weeks farming sp for skills that don't do anything.

U have the lighting skill ( not sure the name) that raises your parry ratio and u can see in your stas tha your parry ratio did increase so it means the skills are implemented and higher parry ratio means you take less damage.

Is there a consensus on this? I've done some experimenting with my admittedly low lvl AR buff, and the effect was pretty much negligible. +13 AR and i was doing on average 2 more points of damage each hit. It wasn't a small sampling of hits either; I took the average of 30 hits buffed and unbuffed. The maxed AR buff only gives you +29, so if +13 doesn't have much of an effect, I'm wondering if it's even worth it.

all extra is worth it
what level are you now? cause it might be so that
the ar en pr are percentage differences instead of
points added to your max. so it can be that on
higher levels it will make a bigger difference than
on low/mid levels.

I also did testing with a large sample size as you did. I beleive that the parry is implemented, ask someon to attack you over and over....with and withou buff, and average hte damage, it'll be much lower...It is so much lower that lightning really is more powerful than fire for chains. A five hit blader chain almost guruntees a parry reduction. The damage al together will be much more becuase ofh te isntant (although transient) parry reduction. I used to use the force parry reduce on giants, but the AR reduce had no effect. Meh...

however, the AR, I don't think it is implemented. I tested it out with my +26 blue birdy...there was no signifianct increase in daamge. I tested this with nukes and with regular phyz damage. You can check my post earlier about this buff.

Once again, this is from my own testing. (on a blader/bowman 64).
