Not so much for the attacking bonus, as for grinding faster with a bow!
You will expend, what? less than 50 SP, you will level faster at the lower levels (and give you the opportunity to SP farm efficiently before you hit lvl 20). Then when you are ready, do the curst heart quest and get 80% of what was spent on it. Very well much worth it!
I have started a similar build. I haven't started leveling much with him, just yet, as I am still trying to lvl a pure str/ fire/ bow. But I bought a lvl 8 SOS bow for my (now lvl 11) pure str fire blader, and he is pwning white monsters in a single blow (pacheon level remaining at lvl 5 for now), SP farming like crazy.
Do it! You will not regret going 10 levels. Don't bother going beyond that, unless you want to use silks to get those skill reallocation scrolls from the item mall, and get 100% SP back in return (can anly de-level 5 levels at a time, can get real expensive in terms of real money if not careful).
If you really want to capitalize on this, do hard core SP farming till lvl 20, and buy the SOS bows, get your 20-30K SP, and then level your blader with little to no gap the rest of the way.
And BTW, I also bought a an SOS lvl 8 blade, but I see now, that was kinda pointless. The bow will lvl you faster than anything I know at the low levels.
