how about this Build :
Full STR Bow with light lvl 80 , Pacheon lvl 80 and Force lvl 80
and to use Germant
will it be Good ??
plz i need to know if it's good or bad and the points of weakness

yep good standard healer build. I would recommend 32 fire min for the phys increase buff and passive.

Downside is that you really cant replace a cleric. They have many skills you don't.
On the + side you are more offensive then they are. there offensive skills are either week or nearly kill them.

Hey, as you can see im not a regualar poster but anyway ill give you my two cents.

I am currently farming a char for this exact build at the moment, thias build is not usually made to be a healer though it is ofcourse handy to level the res skills in the force tree.

The main idea of this build having 80 force instead of 80 fire is for the Vital Spot Attack Series or atleast it is for me, this series gives the player a major advantage in PvP and also in PvE when fighting party mobs. The series gives certain status to the target which weakens their attacks or defenses.

The charcter will deffintly need garment because it does not get the mag def buff from the fire mastery so it will lack mag def if it does not wear garment.

The only other option you have is for you to not level light to 80 and level fire to 80 instead, fire has many skills that benefit a pure STR player such as mag def increases and phy damage increases, but without light the char will be slow which can be a major disadvantage unless you constantly use scrolls or are buffed by a bard.
