so i decided to make a str bow in the new ZSZC server.
curently im lvl 44(farmin)
pach at 36
fire at 36
light at 32
cold at 20

so originaly i was thinking pach100/fire100/light80/ice20

but i was wondering if lvl 1 snow sheild is enough or should i make ice higher and lower light.

The higher the ice the better you'll be in pvp. The higher the light the easier it'll be to grind since you won't need speed pots. But your rates are like 10x or 30x iirc, so cash shouldn't be a problem.

Nah, dont drop light, not untill you reached cap cuz lightning really makes you level faster.

Archer so phantom is not really needed, 100% speed pots so grass walk isn't needed either. Pach/Fire/Ice would be the better choice for pure str.

Okay.
I have a similar question:
I'm making a 90%(naked) STR hybrid bower. Firstly I was thinking of
100 Pach / 100 Fire / 80 Light / 20 Cold, but same as cbkilla, I thought that it'll be better if i have higher level snowshield.

Because I'll put like 50+ points on INT, I insinst on having atleast 15% piercing force (the Mag. dmg buff).

And so goes my dilema:

80 Light / 20 Cold
* second book Ghost Walk (they can be double cast at ZSZC)
* +8 parry ration in total
* +2% mag. dmg buff

or

60 Light / 40 Cold
* second book snow shield (30%), which is the maximum a str char can use in ZSZC (INT restrictions)

I still think about it, because having the oppurtunity to double cast ghost walk is insane. (for those who still don't get it - u can cast first book, then second without having to wait for CD)

HALP MEH!

either ice maxed or at 20, in between is not really helpful

it would be possible to tank a bit with the 30% snow, considering that you'd have about 4-5k more mp than a full str at the same lvl.

if you want to pvp and save sp then go 60/40
if you want to job and take speed over snow 80/20
