Bards: Which skills disappear when switching weapons?

The topic is fairly self-explanatory. I'm considering Bard for my secondary, but from what I understand, some of the skills lose their effect if you switch to a different weapon. So, it would be helpful for myself, as well as others I'm sure, if we could figure out which skills disappear when switching weapons and which stay.

I think they all do except noise and the movement thing
