judging from the monster level i'd say it is a powerlevel.
The only class that could pull off killing monsters 5 lvls higher than themselves, 1 hitting and being able to survive without problems would be rogues.

This is in a 8/8 Party with 3x a nova wizard and a nova warlock. Gotta love it.
Leveled up in 2 hour 50min from 0 to 100%.
Currently doing solo again, party broke up sadly.
Exp a hour 0.8% @ 100 mobs alex
