Immune to ice? Is this true?

higher lvl of fire shield=less alchemy=less money
but i don't get y ppl don't just accept that ice immune exists?

yes you can be immune but very few people are

I have yet to run across anybody 100% immune without usign pills.

i have seen a person being immune to ice. i saw 5 people trying to frost nova him and he just stood there, his pills didnt even activate, the ice literally did NOTHING.
