Bard: Speed, Noise and fast nukes.
Choose Bard because: You will lvl as fast as hell, speed + DoTs = Win.
And Warlock/Bard is needed in pt's. Great for PvE, less for PvP. Tho, if you know how to play it will be easy to kill in PvP. Choose Bard for PvE.

Cleric: Recovery Division, Holy Spell. Buffer.
Choose Cleric because: You will have more survivability in PvP. Tho, you'll lack speed, but those can be replaced by speed pots. Choose Cleric for PvP.

For warlock huh..

Cleric;
Pros:
Survivability
Great buffs
Most powerful attack in the game
Holy spell, resistance to status effects
Res
..list goes on ;\

Cons:
Slowish attacks
Slow movement (unless you buy speed drugs)
Excess amount of clerics on each server
SP costs

Bard;
Pros:
Fast attacks
Movement speed (110% at 100 cap)
Great party buffs, especially if another bard around
Unique build
Noise to run past all general mobs
Mana cycle / orbit can save you lots of money on MP pots
Blood flower followed by booming chord on a debuffed player is a very effective way to kill someone
save money by not buying speed drugs :p
Less SP intensive

Cons:
Very vulnerable when by yourself
Harder to tank giants (again, by yourself.. but can do it as a warlock I suppose!)
Drawing a blank >_>.

I've played my friends bardlock at 90, it's really, really fun. Either build will be good imo, up to you ;-)

Excess amount of clerics on each server most of these r bots and suck at clericing(personal opinion) so this point depends on your ability
SP costs

Noise to run past all general mobs
Mana cycle / orbit can save you lots of money on MP pots if you solo as a lock this wont be true u r not gonna stop every 16 seconds just for free mana waste of grind time
Blood flower followed by booming chord on a debuffed player is a very effective way to kill someone
save money by not buying speed drugs :p
Less SP intensive this depends purely on skills and bard may cost more sp depending on the skills u take(goto nivlam and think of your skills for a second)

Cons:
Very vulnerable when by yourself
Harder to tank giants (again, by yourself.. but can do it as a warlock I suppose!)
Drawing a blank >_>.
