I am planning on starting a pure INT nuker (probably spear) this week-end, and i need a bit of advice over which mastery to pick, Fire or Light.
Last time i have played a nuker was at the 80 cap, and back then i took Fire since i figured the phy. damage buff and passive + extra damage from imbue and nukes will make up for the lack of lion shouts and mag. atk. buff.
But is it still the same at the 100 cap or does Lightning's mag. attack buff vastly overpower the damage increase from Fire? Also, is maxing Ice for the highest possible Snow Shield really that necessary or could i do well with a, say, 100 Heuk/100 Fire/60 Cold/40 Light build?
Last question, if i do end up maxing Cold, which nukes should i take and max?
All answers appreciated.

Fire has still the highest dmg. As a spear taking the highest snow shield will cause trouble. 40% snow should do it because spear has no def and with 50% or higher you would run out of mana very quick. Taking 60 cold / 40 light is a good combination but I suggest to go a little bit hybrid with that build ( like 7:1 ). Since you have fire dmg and mag inc buff from lighting. The nukes from cold are not worth the sp, the fire / lightning nukes are much better.

Plus too much snow shield from ice can deplete mp for even the shortest period of time, resulting in a PVP loss. =(

Highest rapid dmg = Bich Light Ice. Movement, snow, and the mag dmg inc DOES do a LOT. Not so much with this cap, but once new skills allow for update, 20%+, than light will def out-dmg fire.
That 330% being more is lies. Sure fire will hit conisistantly, but light still has the max. Overall I feel like light ice bich nukers hit me harder than I hit them.
Best Def + Immunity = Bich Fire Ice. Fire shield pwns. You give up slightly higher dmg and speed/dash for immunity. One thing I've noticed, Bich light ice nukers are being raped by my fire ice bich, but simply because I use ice imbue. Without any fire shield, they get frozen so easily. Specially with Bich's rapid chains.
Overall, 1v1 is Fire Ice Bich, Freeze them, debuff them, nuke them. In group though, I'd say Light Ice Bich is better. Get in, get out, help teamates kill your enemy.
In group pvp, you will have holy word and speed. However, I've noticed Holy word is 100% resist for debuffs, but can't 100% resist chn imbues.
