Well since I was leveling so slow at a level 5 gap and never wanted to farm 3mil skill points at bandits or wherever, I decided I should try gapping in a different way. For example, I would gap every level until I reach gap 9, then I would level all of my skills to 0 gap myself. Ten levels later I would do the same thing until I'm farmed out. I've been calculating this and it works out fine skill point wise. I would gain extra skill points every level until the 90s and be fully farmed for 110 at or near level 100. Which would be about 3.7million experience as a pure strength 110 bicheon, 110 fire, 110 ice Blader with every needed and optional skill maxed(or in some cases first 2 levels for frost wall and level 1 fire wall/ice wall). Has anyone tried this or can tell me if its worth it in any way? Although I think may try it just for fun, as this 5 gap stuff is pretty boring especially without anyone to play with.

Pros: Every ten levels you will be as strong as your build allows you to be.
No mass farming at one level for a million + skill points.
Always something to look forward to(lol).
Seems better than 8 gapping from 0-110 like my build suggests.

Cons: I would level fairly quickly once I have all the new skills and a nice 0-3 gap. The other 5-6 levels would be a huge grind, like all other farming methods, but I have no idea how much faster or slower it would be for now.
Somewhat weak level x5-x9 character(good thing I'm a tanker!).

Please let me know what you think.

It could work, just be kinda boring for the last 3 lvls when u get a big gap. With that method though, you'll prob quit sro around 8x. It just gets really dull with a 9gap. Btw, nothing is as fast as ong farming. slowest is prob cap farming, but owell, at least i'll be at cap and can do the fun stuff the game has to offer. FU sp requirement.

+1, at 80+ his face would be exactly the same as his signature.

SP farmed (*used sp is for pure str blader)
0-10 - 1,576 used at 10: 198 left over: 1,378
10-20 - 10,891 used at 20: 2,353 left over: 8,538
20-30 - 36,976 used at 30: 9,324 left over: 27,652
30-40 - 68,366 used at 40: 24,585 left over: 43,781
40-50 - 116,988 used at 50: 37,893 left over: 79,095
50-60 - 183,620 used at 60: 63,897 left over: 119,723
60-70 - 408,409 used at 70: 122,644 left over: 285,765
70-80 - 635,544 used at 80: 205,726 left over: 429,818
80-90 - 912,015 used at 90: 398,892 left over: 513,123
90-100 - 1,386,761 used at 100: 822,727 left over: 564,034
100-110 - 2,195,542 used at 110: 1,950,188 left over: 245,354
total farmed:5,956,688
total needed:3,638,427(for pure str blader 110bich/fire/ice)
total left over:2,318,261

That's how it would go down if anybody used this method. Personally, I have no idea how long it would take to hand grind 100k skill points.

i tried that system on my wiz. i quit about lvl 58. it would be fine if we were at 70 or 80 cap but the grind at higher lvls is just unbearable.

you should just get powerfarmed. or make yourself a lvl 70 wiz so you can farm yourself at ongs. farming at higher lvls is very hard and your not going to want to do it.

I did this with my blader on Tibet back then. It went smoothly until 60~ but it was too time consuming and I got bored of it. It's a good way if you don't want to farm at ongs but I can tell you by the time you are 110, you could have farmed 2 chars to 110 and cap them.

Look at it this way : A level at 98-101 takes around 5-10 days depending on how good your party is, if you have any silk helpers etc.
Now imagine having a 9 gap and going from 99 to 100. That would take easily more than one month. What I would suggest is, farm 1-1,5m at ongs, then do that gap tactic until 80. That should get you FF and you wont have a hard time at the later levels.

FYI : I did farm 1,4m SP at ongs and it got me FF to 100 with leftovers, Bicheon/Fire/Force.

i keep repeating this, and ill keep repeating this because i dont want ppl to waste their time for realizing later what a big mistake they have made and quit.

if you gonna farm big amounts of SP, DO IT ONLY AT ONGS.
theres too many reasons to state why you wont be able to farm at high lvls, forget the fact that its just DEAD BORING.

add the fact that you'll be in 8pt that is rapidly progressing and you will be slowly left behind, no one wants to pt with a farmer, you will be too much involved or depend on others.

if you want to farm, do it while youre low lvl and still able to freelance.

btw, i dont know whats your sro experience, but you can actually build up your char depending on the ppl in your steady pt or guild, ie skip certain buffs or skills that others can make up for it. blader has generally weak buffs and its better if some euro buffs him, so you can build your char only with attack skills, give it a thought.
