I currently have a friend Pframing me a int Chinese, and im making it a Light/Fire/Cold s/s as the title suggests. i was wondering if anyone could do a quick run down of which skills to take for the new 110 cap.

i am full force spear nuker now.. dropped spear and picked up fire.. but still use spear because sword is way too weak

pick your imbue.. fire for me

Max in Fire
Fire Force
Fire Shield
Fire Protection
Flame Wave
Fire Combustion

i don't think the phys buffs are worth it since i won't have any actual weapon skills

Light Tree

Max everything except imbue

Ice Tree

Frost Guard
Frost Wall
Frost Nova isn't needed.. but helps a lot
Snow Storm
Snow Shield
Cold Armor Series

i farmed 50... that + leveling + 1 10k sp premium turn in has netted me exactly enough to put all 3 trees at 55 for 64 farming

I don't like full force nukers, all you can do is stand still and nuke. If you have any chance of pvping later on I'd take bich or heuk instead of light.

full force nuker has very good damage and very fast solo levelers. I have a friend who is lv101 with +3 sword has almost same damage with wizard 101 with LT with 101+6 spear, its good build but only cast slower nukes than wizards.

no one asked if they are good for pvp

Pvp is in the end the biggest part of the game so if he has any plans of pvping later on I'd take a different build, if he just uses it for plvl/grinding go full force.

Others like jobbing, guild wars, fortress, CTF, and there's a VERY big difference from the group PVP in those and the 1x1 PVP you're referring to.

It's still PvP and even in a groupfight all you can do is nuke a bit, that won't do much if the other party has a cleric and/or a bard/bards >.>

Group PVP is very different from normal pvp, in group pvp a full force can get a long just fine.

The "wrong" with me is that he asked skills that are important to take and you tell him to make another char

Just giving him different builds that might work out better in both ways...I don't like group fights but I had my fair share of them and even then they suck IMO.
