I'm making a warrior/warlock and I'm wondering, what's the best thing to do VS Europeans with cleric subs? Especially against warrior/clerics and warlock/clerics.

Also, what warlock skills always work on clerics?

Pray that you will win as all your debuffs are useless against a cleric.

Stuns will always work.

the most useful skills will be stun and reflect/advanced reflect:
-stun goes through holyword
-reflect stays after weapon switch

you'll have to do the rest with your warrior weapon :sohappy:

You'll need to have skilled at least 2hs ... that alongside a decently +'d weap (2hs)

Disease still goes through, as does Bleed from Decayed / Dark Decayed. Can stack them on a target for a more likely chance for it to go through ...

Other than that ...Disease -> //Optional: Bleed DoT(s) -> Stun -> DD and hope for at least a crit

Though, nothing "always" works, Disease makes the success rate for Bleed & Stun a bit better

other than that, Advanced Reflect (granted that's not until you're 80, but so is DD) and Shield Trash / Crush are your friends.

For a warlock, I'd say just stun and daredevil. With a warrior.. all you can do is hope for luck and crits.

Don't slumber & death traps work on clerics?

What do pure INT warlocks do against clerics, anyway?

Neither of those go through holyword / holyspell (of equal or higher level to your debuffs)

But Pure int warlocks, I'd picture would do

Advanced Reflect -> Dusk Armor -> Disease -> DoTs -> Stun -> Offering (if cleric sub) and hope they don't block

im a 1h/2h warrior warlock - only lvl 85 now but thats not too bad either.

when fighting a warrior cleric this is what i do.

ADV reflect + dusk armour to buff up

then

vampire kiss or touch > stun (daze or wrath daze) > single target DOT bleed and dull > stun again > 2h dare devil >2h turn rising *

*now from this there is 2 options.
if they got knocked down, i switch to 1h sword and use cunning stab then as the cunning stab is working i switch to shield and prepare to use shield crush**

if they dont get knocked down i switch to warlock rod and stun again, switch to 2h dare devil > repeat

**from shield crush if they got KB, i switch to rod, stun, daredevil, sprint assault, switch to 1h daring beserker, shield + shield crush, rod, vampire kiss, stun, dot, stun, dare devil

u get the idea. depending on what lvl ur at certain dbuffs might work, but they might not, you have vampire kiss and vampire touch as your heals, if they can be put to sleep or wheel bind applied its basically a rap. wheel bind there is no way in hell they can win and if they have sleep, u can put to sleep dare devil turn rising and sleep again. you can put to sleep and sit down and wait for your pots to come back, i mean its so versatile.

lastly if their holy word runs out.. throw on division and stun them quickly, daredevil and the match is done. and basically if u know how to play your char well enough its gonna come down to that.

i have crit 5 on my weps, i never wait for a crit to win, most people suck at pvp anyway

BTW!!! the first 2 skills of the warlock line, GET THEM!! stap and the other one HELP, long DOTs which CANT BE REMOVED and also the dot damage + ur damage from attacking are an amazing combo and also why i dont need crits to win.

dont skimp on the sp with this build, farm farm farm farm farm!! im FF 105

only skills i didnt get were the first attacking skills of 1h and 2h

Bash is a pretty good skill to get. It's supposed to have a high crit chance, which is why people get and use it. But Juelz is pretty spot-on on how to fight. If you search youtube for "chamelion sro pvp", you'll see an informative video on how it works. The only reason I won't be going warlock sub is that I love being a support character too much. Otherwise, I'd be on this build like white on rice. *_*
