Prefer full str. If you are going int, get bich / heusk / ice, so you atleast and some chance of survivability in pvp.

my thoughts: weak.
ur dmg will be low, no nukes, you might have the hp of a s/s hybrid but much lower dmg, no nukes.

I've made a lot of chars with odd builds just for the fun
