im jus wonderin about char stats since im stil a big noob, i have some items wit the percentage near them ex. 1+int (100%). wats does the percentage stand for. and also the mag. reinforcment and phy. reinforcment.

It means you have maxed the stats completely, you cannot max it out anymore..

IE

*Not using actual numbers*

Lets say...the Crit on a Npc weapon is "Critical 1 +(0%)"

But you use a tablet of strikes to increase its crit to...like 3

Now the Crit on the NPC weapon says "Critical 3 +(25%)"

....the crit is at 25% which means you can increase the critical 3 more times....(thus the remaining 75%)

So you increase it 3 more times until you get like a crit of 9...so it's "Critical 9(100%)"

So the % is just like how much better it is than an NPC weapon.
