Can you sp farm at a later level?

I have a question about sp farming at a later level? Can you do it? If your like level 70 can you still sp farm? And is it not a good idea to just blow off sp farming?
cause personally i hate it

You can sp farm whenever you feel like it.

You can also just level up with a constant gap (4 level gap or so); which will give you some nice sp while levelling.
