Parry Ratio and Attack Rating for 1:1 build

I'm planning on starting a 1:1 hybrid blade (w/lightning), and I was wondering if parry ratio is worth investing in. Should I spend sp on the lightning passive and parry buff?

Also, is it worth it to put about 35 mastery into Pacheon to get the hawk and passive? The total attack rating increase I'd get would be about +35. My hybrid will be using nukes, so I thought that I might want that. The alternative would to skimp in a few other places and get the heuksal passive up to 40, which is +500 hp. Would that be more wise?

If your making INT hybrid go 2:1, or 3:1 etc, 1:1 will have pretty low damage on nukes.

It will suck extremely hard. 1:1 blade will have shit hp, shit nukes, shit phy atk, and overall be useless...
