What does the % beside the skills dmg means or do???
Examples:
Strike and smash
Phys dmg ;- 15~18(150%)
Wolf Bite Spear 18~23 (160%)

as far as i know its like this:
Strike and smash 15~18(150%)
a random number between 15 and 18 is added to your characters phy attack, and then this number is multiplied by 150%. what comes out could be something like the attack power of your skill. so the higher the random numbers and the % goes the more powerful the skill
there some more things before your real dmg comes out (attack rate, enemys phy def and parry rate)
