Some people say that when they hit 70- they are immune to ice and it doesnt effect them what so ever,
is anyone a high level and can prove this is right.
i dont think its right because if your a blader and use ice imbue, there hitting so much hits with ice its impossible that they wont feel the effects of it

That made me lol
Yes it is possible to become ice immune and it gets ezer when ur a higher level due to a higher level fire shield. Currently I think i got every possible immunity on me (ice, fire, light, zombie, poison). Reason people can get immunity to a certain element is because currently fire shield counts as a % twards immunity (they might change this later on) so you combine the %s on accesories + the % on ur fireshield to give u immunity.

i'm immune to cold effects since level 48, its very good for trade runs and as well as pvp esp when you find out the other guy isn't immune... hehehe

Ok.
First you need to level fire mastery up and get Fire Shield.
When the fire shield status error reduce + the amount of reduce you add to your accessories = 100% or more you cant get the status error.
So for an example, say I have Fire Shield King level 4, which is status error 67 reduce.
I then have to add 33% reduce on my accessories.
I add 33% of ice reduce, I cant be frozen.
33% zombie reduce, I cant get zombie.
33% Fire reduce, I cant be burned.
and so on for electric, and poison.
Hope that clears it up a bit.

No one provided proof yet. At least fraps a video of an "immune" player getting nuked and stuff with ice.

of course it's possible to be immune to ice. just buff eg 3rd book fire shield, which gives u 73% immunity and add on ur accessories another 27% through alchemy and u got ur 100%. im now immune to ice, fire and lightning. i dont need a single uni pill in pvp for example. i only need them, when i fight monsters, which do poisons.
last time i fought an ice blade and of course i did not get frozen or frosbitten once. i called him an useless ice blade, hehe. its pretty comfortable to be immune.
if u dont believe me, come to troy and i prove u.

u can try looking at the Lv70+ in your server especially those who are doing PVP at donwhang south gate
just ask who is ice immune and try frostbiting them with frost nova (100% frostbite skill)

You can be immune to ice, my character is. It's not terribly difficult either.
I feel no ice effects, not frostbite, not frozen, no skill interruption.
It has bee suggested that it is a bug and may be fixed at a later date.
There is more info about it lurking in either chars & skills or Q&A. cuchulain made the topic with lots of examples and I believe pictures. If someone wants to be enterprising they could look for it.
